I am writing to report serious issues with my order:
First, I received Package 1, which was surprisingly small and contained only a few LED bulbs and brackets.
Several weeks later, I received a large package which, by its size, I could identify as the product I ordered. However, there are major problems:.
- The crystal components were completely missing, and only the frame was delivered.
- The frame is broken in two places (the welded joints appear to be separated).
DAMAGED WIRE!!
When I messaged you about this issue, you suggested using bolts to fix the broken parts.
This is not a reasonable solution for a brand new product. How can tightening bolts properly fix welding failures?
Furthermore, the thin electrical wires have damaged insulation, creating a serious risk of electric shock.As a regular housewife, not a welding technician, I cannot repair welding defects.
You haven't sent the crystal components, and even if you did, how would I be able to assemble and construct this properly?
I have already paid customs duties, and disposing of this large item will incur additional costs.
I request a full refund and return of this defective product.
